The Christmas Cake……Don’t Eat and Drive…. No Seriously!!

The Christmas cake is done and in its cake box, All that needs to be done now is put the ribbon on around it..
This cake is really not for the faint hearted…

I soaked the fruit in half a pint of whisky, brandy and sherry before I made the cake, and every drop was absorbed into the fruit. plus once it was made I fed it every week since I made it with Brandy!  Hic!!!


Anyway here we are…Step by Step.
I wanted to go for the Retro look…

Cooling down, was then wrapped and stored and fed every week since sepember with Brandy!
